Job summary

One Medical's Virtual Medical Team (VMT) delivers 24/7 virtual primary care with a focus on accessibility and evidence-based care. This full-time NP role requires AZ/CA/CO/OR/WA licensure and a strong background in outpatient primary care or urgent care, with weekday and weekend shifts.

You will treat patients through telehealth, participate in weekly rounds, and collaborate closely with both virtual and in-office teammates.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine.
• Currently licensed in AZ, CA, CO, OR, or WA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• CA: 103 or 104 certification is strongly preferred and willingness to obtain required.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to deliver exceptional care to patients virtually.
