Job summary

One Medical's Virtual Medical Team (VMT) hires advanced practitioners for 24/7 virtual primary care. You will treat patients via telehealth (video, phone, and email), participate in weekly rounds, and collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates.

The role requires an accredited FNP program with national certification and an active license in NY/NJ/MA/IL, with willingness to obtain additional licenses.

Qualifications

• Accredited FNP program with national certification.
• 2+ years as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care or urgent care (0+ ages).
• Licensed in NY/NJ/MA/IL with ability to obtain additional licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Shifts range 8am–7pm ET, 11am–10pm ET, 12pm–11pm ET, 1pm–12am ET.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth including video, phone, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Provide care using clinical training to deliver high-quality virtual care.
