Job summary

One Medical is seeking a fully licensed Advanced Practice Clinician to join its Virtual Medical Team (VMT) on a full-time basis. You will treat patients via tele-health visits, participate in weekly Clinical Rounds, and collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates to deliver high-quality primary care.

Required: accredited FNP program with national certification, 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care, and DC/MD/VA/FL licensure with potential for additional state licenses.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine.
• Currently licensed in DC, MD, VA, or FL with ability to obtain additional state licenses; autonomous status for FL and VA where applicable.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday or Sunday required).
• Current shifts range from 6 am–5 pm ET, 11 am–10 pm ET, 1 pm–12 am ET.

Responsibilities

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities for ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilize your clinical training to provide exceptional care to patients virtually.
