Job summary

One Medical is expanding its Virtual Medical Team (VMT), delivering world-class virtual care to patients 24/7 from a fully remote setup. This full-time role requires an accredited FNP with national certification, licensed in at least one applicable state, and availability for varied weekday/weekend shifts.

You will treat patients via telehealth, join weekly Clinical Rounds, and coordinate with both virtual and in-person teammates to deliver high-quality, accessible care.

Qualifications

• FNP program with national certification completed.
• 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care in the past 5 years.
• Licensed in AZ, CA, CO, OR, or WA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• CA: 103 or 104 certification preferred; willingness to obtain required.
• Weekday and weekend shifts required; various shifts listed.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits (video, phone, email).
• Participate in Clinical Rounds and other modalities for learning.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Provide care to patients virtually using your clinical training.
