Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Full-time Advanced Practice Nurse (FNP) to join the Virtual Medical Team (VMT) delivering world-class care remotely across the United States. You will conduct tele-health visits, triage calls, and email follow-ups, while engaging in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborating with both virtual and in-office teammates.

The role requires an accredited FNP program with national certification and current licensure in MD, DC, VA, or FL.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care or urgent care.
• Licensed in MD, DC, VA, or FL with ability to obtain additional state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits (video, phone, email).
• Participate in Clinical Rounds weekly and through other modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to deliver high-quality virtual care.
