Job summary

One Medical is recruiting for a full-time Virtual Medical Team Advanced Practitioner to deliver telehealth-based primary care to patients across the United States. The role emphasizes safe, evidence-based virtual care with collaboration across virtual and on-site teams.

Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification is required, along with licensure in VA/DC/MD or the ability to obtain others.

Qualifications

• FNP with national certification is required.
• Experience providing primary care in outpatient or urgent care settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical skills are essential.
• Proficiency in telehealth delivery and virtual care workflows is expected.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video and audio visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Deliver evidence-based primary care through virtual care platforms.
