Zusammenfassung

One Medical is hiring for a full-time Virtual Medical Team clinician to provide telehealth care to patients around the clock. You will conduct telehealth visits, triage calls, and email follow-ups with support from a collaborative team.

Require an accredited FNP program with national certification and current licensure in VA/DC/MD/FL with potential for additional states. Shifts include weekday and weekend coverage in ET hours.

Qualifikationen

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care.
• Licensed in VA, DC, MD, or FL with ability to obtain additional state licenses.

Aufgaben

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage, video visits and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles and technology-enabled care.
