Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full-time VMT Advanced Practitioner to provide virtual care to patients around the clock. The role emphasizes telehealth visits, triage, and patient follow-up with weekly Clinical Rounds and cross-team collaboration.

Candidates must hold an FNP with national certification, be licensed in AZ/CA/CO/OR/WA, and be willing to cover varied shifts including weekends. Exceptional communication and clinical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care.
• Currently licensed in AZ, CA, CO, OR, or WA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• For CA: 103 or 104 certification is strongly preferred and willingness to obtain required.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Shifts range from (6am-5pm PST, 7am-6pm PST, 8am-7pm PST, 11am-10pm PST, 12pm- 11pm PST, 1pm-12am PST).
• Excellent clinical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Apply clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual care.
