Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand their vacation goals, destinations, dates, budget, interests and requests.
• Explore and compare hotels, resorts, cruises, transport, tours, and other vacation services using approved resources.
• Assist with coordinating selected arrangements and organize confirmations, reservation info, schedules, and itinerary details.
• Maintain consistent client communication by answering routine questions, providing updates and following up on pending items.
• Review planning and reservation information for accuracy, monitor deadlines and keep client records up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand their vacation goals, preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
• Explore and compare hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services using approved resources.
• Assist with coordinating selected arrangements and organize confirmations, reservation information, schedules, and itinerary details.
• Maintain consistent client communication by answering routine questions, providing updates, following up on pending items, and assisting with standard changes when necessary.
• Review planning and reservation information for accuracy, monitor important deadlines, maintain current client records, and continue expanding destination and supplier knowledge.
