• Help travelers evaluate available choices and coordinate selected services using approved supplier and reservation resources.
• Keep important trip information organized, including confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, deadlines, and pre-departure information.
• Provide responsive customer support by answering questions, sharing updates, following up on pending items, and assisting with routine changes or special requests.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records while continuing to build destination and supplier knowledge through ongoing education.

In this role, you will support clients throughout the vacation-planning process by learning what they are looking for, researching suitable options, coordinating requested arrangements, and providing helpful communication along the way.

This is a beginner-friendly opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and delivering positive customer experiences. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing learning resources are provided.
