Job summary

Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking personable Personal Experience Advisors to join our fully remote team in the United States. You will help clients craft vacation plans reflecting preferences, budgets, and schedules while providing ongoing support throughout the planning process.

This role emphasizes one-on-one client care, research, and organized coordination of itineraries, with training and continuous education provided. Prior travel-industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn about each client's preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, budget, priorities, and special requests.
• Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation experiences using approved resources.
• Help clients coordinate selected services and keep reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information organized.
• Stay connected with clients by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on pending decisions, and assisting with standard changes or requests.
• Review important information for accuracy, monitor deadlines, maintain current client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge.
