Job summary

Medium is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to re-engage warm homeowners and close deals from home. You will educate clients, build trust, and guide them through exterior home improvement solutions, working with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in roofing or exterior home improvement sales (preferred).
• Comfortable closing deals virtually in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Excellent communicator with ability to build trust quickly.
• Tech-savvy with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners solve roofing and exterior issues with tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights.
