Job summary

Spotlight 29 Casino is seeking a high-impact Player Development professional responsible for VIP relations, data-informed decisions, and supporting casino marketing efforts to drive incremental revenue and loyalty.

You will manage VIP events, coordinate tickets, guest experiences, and reporting across departments, while ensuring compliance, service excellence, and a Five-Star Experience for guests and Team Members.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in casino marketing, VIP services, players club, hospitality, guest services, player development, or a related customer-facing leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding guest and Team Member service while upholding the Five-Star Experience.
Serve as the first escalation point for VIP guest concerns and service recovery.
Coordinate VIP events, ticketing, guest experiences, and reporting.
Assist with guest and Team Member communications and follow-ups.
Collaborate with departments to align guest needs and event logistics.
