Landry's, LLC. is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee Player Development and Casino Marketing initiatives at our Nevada property. The role focuses on budgeting, VIP program design, and direct supervision of a team of Casino Hosts to maximize guest engagement.

You will drive loyalty through tailored campaigns, events, and partnerships while ensuring regulatory compliance and a high standard of service in a resort environment.

Qualifikationen

Excellent knowledge of casino operations, marketing, and hospitality.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to interpret contracts and financial reporting.

Aufgaben

Manage budgeting and strategic plan for Player Development.
Direct VIP players strategy and events.
Supervise Casino Hosts and team performance.
Analyze VIP marketing and forecast event outcomes.
Collaborate with Marketing leadership on initiatives.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
