Job summary

Valley View Casino & Hotel seeks a Player Development Representative to deliver personalized VIP guest service in the VIP Lounge and support the Player Development department. The role emphasizes confidentiality and professional conduct while handling guest accounts and reservations.

You will explain promotions, manage guest relationships, and assist with event attendance goals, data entry, and promotional displays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of guest service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
• Strong verbal and written communication and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to manage calls, emails, data entry, and clerical tasks with accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing guest needs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with guest information.
• Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
• Must pass auditions or skill testing and a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Support the VIP Lounge and Player Development daily operations.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests and maintain positive guest relations.
• Explain events, promotions, and Players Club benefits to eligible guests.
• Assist VIP guests with reservations for restaurants, hotels, and VIP transportation.
• Maintain guest outreach records and prepare event and promotion reports.
• Operate systems to access guest information and update records.
• Maintain current digital promotional displays in the VIP Lounge.
• Follow cash-control policies and refer non-authorized requests to leads or management.
• Work flexible shifts as the casino operates 24/7.
