Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with at least two years of experience in gaming operations.

• Excellent written and oral communication; proficiency with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Promote del Lago Resort and Casino to attract high-value players.
• Lead and train Player Card Retail Cashiers and Casino Hosts.
• Coordinate Rewards Club benefits and player development programs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and coordinate events and reservations.
• Maintain confidential guest information and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
