Job summary

Twenty Nine Palms Enterprises in Coachella, CA, seeks a high-impact, guest-facing leader in VIP services to drive strategic operations within Player Development and Casino Marketing. You will combine administrative precision with data-informed decisions and elevate VIP relationships.

You will be the heart of our Five-Star Experience, supporting planning and execution of VIP events, guest communications, and cross-department collaboration to maximize guest loyalty and incremental revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in casino marketing, VIP services, players club, hospitality, guest services, or a related customer-facing leadership role preferred.
• Fluent in English/Spanish language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Five-Star guest and Team Member service by upholding the Five-Star Experience and department standards.
• Coordinate VIP events and promotional programs to drive patron engagement and ensure successful program delivery.
• Manage ticketing, guest reservations, and follow-up to ensure exceptional VIP experiences.
• Use CRM and reservation systems to verify eligibility, document actions, and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to align guest needs, event logistics, and service expectations.
