Twenty Nine Palms Enterprises in Coachella, CA seeks a VIP Services Manager to lead guest and Team Member experiences within a Five-Star framework. You will drive VIP programs, manage guest relations, and coordinate events across Player Development and Casino Marketing.

The role emphasizes data-informed decisions, meticulous administration, and elevated hospitality leadership to grow revenue and loyalty for the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in casino marketing, VIP services, players club, hospitality, guest services, or related customer-facing leadership role preferred.
• Fluent in English/Spanish language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest and Team Member service by upholding the Five-Star Experience and department standards.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for VIP guest concerns and provide exceptional service recovery.
• Provide operational support for Player Development, Casino Marketing, and VIP events through ticketing coordination and reporting.
• Assist with planning and executing VIP events and promotions to drive patron engagement.
• Coordinate VIP needs including reservations, invitations, check-ins, seating, transportation, and gifts.
• Support Casino Hosts and Player Development by handling guest requests accurately and discreetly.
• Create and manage reports for ticketing, attendance, dinners, and promotions.
• Review materials for accuracy in English and Spanish.
