Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a customer service professional to drive loyalty, recruit Players' Club members, and support VIP services across casino operations. You will respond to guest inquiries, coordinate reservations, and assist hosts with player development events on-site.

The role emphasizes direct customer interaction, event participation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
1–2 years of experience in customer service.
Excellent oral and written skills, with strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Flexibility in work schedule.
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, email, and player tracking systems.
Ability to obtain/maintain required certifications and/or licenses as per local gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers to promote loyalty and respond to questions and requests.
Recruit players for the Players' Club and drive participation.
Assist Casino Hosts with Player Development events, hotel and restaurant reservations, and VIP services.
Issue comps based on guidelines and process room reservations and credit forms as needed.
Make guests aware of events and represent the company at functions and events.
Assist with marketing events to cultivate guest relationships and loyalty.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
