Landry's in Las Vegas seeks a senior leader to manage Player Development and Casino Marketing initiatives. You will oversee VIP strategy, events, budgets, and team performance, driving guest engagement and revenue.

The role requires casino marketing/ops management experience, superb communication, and a current gaming license. You will collaborate with executive leadership to execute property-wide marketing plans and ensure compliance.

Formación

• Requires full knowledge of casino operations and hospitality in a resort setting.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess a Nevada gaming license or be eligible for one.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the budgeting process and strategic plan for Player Development.
• Direct in-house VIP players strategy.
• Plan VIP events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
• Identify and oversee Casino Host goals on an annual and quarterly basis.
• Supervise, manage, and schedule Casino Hosts.
• Provide financial analysis on VIP events and Player Development performance.
• Track VIP marketing data to forecast performance and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with property marketing leadership to execute tactical plans.
• Design and oversee VIP customer arrival and departure experience.
• Support Executive Director of Casino Marketing and property leadership.
• Hire, develop, evaluate, coach and counsel Player Development staff.
• Communicate objectives and updates to team members.
• Ensure growth of gaming revenues by building guest relationships.
• Work with casino operations on hosted players programming.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, gaming regulations, and internal controls.
• Maintain relationships with VIP guests and vendors.
• Represent the marketing department to outsiders.
• Perform and learn all aspects of Player Development and Casino Marketing.
• Other duties as needed.
