Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comprehensive understanding of automotive servicing and the industry
• One year of related experience in automotive service field
• Two-year college or technical school program recommended
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
• Equipment Safety Certification
• ASE Certification C1- Service Consultant required
• ASE Certification P2- Parts Specialist recommended
• ASE Certification G1 - Maintenance and light repair recommended
• State Inspection License Required (where applicable)

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers and educate them about vehicle condition based on MPI inspection
• Achieve SAX score through customer engagement
• Learn LMS and vendor training and become certified (BATS, TPMS, ASE)
• Communicate effectively with the team during daily huddles and store meetings
• Ensure facility and equipment maintenance and cleanliness
• Support service standards and company policies adherence
