• Consult with customers, educate them about vehicle conditions based on MPI inspection results, and guide maintenance recommendations.
• Strive for better engagement as measured by VIP SAX scores.
• Learn and execute activities as assigned by the Service Manager to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Maintain facility and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper operation throughout the day.
• Enforce compliance with the service Code of Ethics and applicable regulations.
