Job summary

Role requires ASE certifications and ongoing LMS and vendor trainings, with a focus on safety, communication, and teamwork in a non-exempt hourly environment.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service field.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Equivalent education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies are followed and required safety trainings completed.
• Consult with customers to educate them about their vehicle condition per MPI inspection.
• Aim for above-average customer engagement as measured by SAX score.
• Assist Service Manager and help deliver a better customer experience to every customer.
• Complete LMS and vendor trainings; obtain or maintain certifications as listed.
• Maintain facility and equipment; ensure resources are available for the team.
• Enforce service ethics and compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Communicate with management to ensure policy compliance and alignment.
