Consult with customers to educate them about vehicle condition based on MPI inspection results.
Aim for above-average customer engagement as measured by SAX scores.
Assist Service Manager and team to deliver a superior customer experience.
Complete LMS and vendor trainings; pursue ASE certifications (C1, P2, G1) and state inspections.
