Job summary

Colonial Group in New Hampshire is seeking a Service Writer to support the Service Manager and deliver an exceptional automotive service experience. You will help educate customers on vehicle conditions and VIP processes while ensuring safety and teamwork.

The role requires excellent verbal and written communication, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to complete LMS and vendor trainings. ASE certifications and state inspection licensing are preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety as Priority #1 and follow safety policies.
• Consult with customers, build relationships, educate them about vehicle condition.
• Achieve above-average customer engagement as measured by SAX score.
• Learn and execute activities from the Service Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain facility and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service.
