Job summary

Colonial Group seeks a Service Writer to help deliver a high-quality customer experience at our service location. You will educate customers on vehicle condition from MPI inspections, coordinate with technicians, and support VIP processes to ensure timely, accurate service.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and ongoing training (LMS and vendor courses). A non-exempt hourly schedule with standard workweek is expected.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Understanding of automotive servicing and the industry.
• Evidence of relevant ASE certifications or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers and educate them on vehicle condition based on inspections.
• Act as a liaison between customers and service team to ensure quality service.
• Support safety policies and maintain a clean, organized service area.
• Participate in LMS and vendor trainings and attain required certifications.
• Follow VIP processes to deliver a superior customer experience.
