Job summary

VIP Tires & Service in New Hampshire is seeking a Service Writer to help deliver an exceptional customer experience at the service desk. You will work with technicians and management to explain vehicle conditions, coordinate repairs, and ensure quality service in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will be expected to complete required trainings, obtain essential certifications, and contribute to maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-friendly facility every day.

Qualifications

• Current, valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Equipment Safety Certification.
• ASE Certification C1- Service Consultant required.
• P2- Parts Specialist recommended.
• G1 - Maintenance and light repair recommended.
• State Inspection License required (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize workplace safety and follow all safety policies and training.
• Consult with customers, educate them about vehicle condition based on MPI inspection results, and build relationships.
• Aim for above-average engagement as measured by SAX scores.
• Learn VIP processes and execute duties as directed by the Service Manager to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Complete LMS training, vendor trainings, and certifications (BATS, TPMS, ASE) and communicate with the team daily.
