Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and follow all safety policies.
• Work at the counter as a service writer, consulting with customers and educating them about vehicle conditions.
• Work in the shop as a technician when necessary and complete services per VIP standards.
• Complete LMS training and vendor training; become BATS, TPMS, ASE certified as required.
• Aim for above-average customer engagement and production of billed hours as per VIP productivity metrics.
• Learn VIP processes and execute duties to deliver a different and better customer experience.
• Maintain facility and equipment to meet safety and cleanliness standards; document issues in the database.
• Enforce compliance with the service Code of Ethics and all regulations.
