Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of automotive service field experience or equivalent.
• Recommended two-year college or technical program in a related field.
• Possession of ASE certifications and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers, build relationships, and explain vehicle condition per MPI results.
• Educate customers on VIP processes and promote a superior service experience.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and order in the service area throughout the shift.
• Participate in LMS and vendor trainings and achieve KPI targets.
• Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with ethics and procedures.
