Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and follow safety policies.
• Consult with customers, educate them on vehicle condition based on MPI inspection.
• Achieve strong customer engagement as measured by SAX score.
• Learn and execute all duties assigned by the Service Manager to improve customer experience.
• Complete LMS and vendor training; become certified in BATS, TPMS, ASE.
• Maintain facility and equipment; ensure clean service area and ready resources.
• Enforce compliance with ethics and regulations.
• Communicate with management to ensure policy adherence.
• Support leadership with daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting.
