Responsibilities

• Assist customers by explaining vehicle condition after MPI inspection.
• Maintain safety standards and follow all policies and procedures.
• Support Service Manager to achieve performance targets and SOPs.
• Participate in LMS and vendor trainings and attain required ASE certifications.
