Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Ability to operate computerized front office system.
• Must obtain all required work cards for the position.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and payments per hotel policies.
• Accept, sort, and distribute messages, packages, and mail for Guests.
• Post charges to Guests' accounts and perform cashier duties.
• Respond to Guests' special requests and direct to appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as requested.
