Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Hotel/Front Desk experience.

• Prior management experience in Hotel Operations/Front Desk preferred.
• Knowledge of AS-400 and LMS operating systems is required.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience required.
• Must be comfortable working with large databases and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Hotel Front Desk and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures.
• Manage guest accounts, settlements, and in-house balance maintenance.
• Maintain effective communication between Front Desk and other hotel operations (Maintenance, Housekeeping, Bell Service/Valet).
• Schedule staff according to daily arrival/departure volumes.
• Assist Hotel Manager with budgeting and forecasting to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain supply stock ordering and keep records of staff adherence to policies.
• Handle personal device usage and review of company documents as needed.
