Job summary

Destination Pet LLC in Cornelius, NC, is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to warmly greet pet parents, answer phones, and guide visitors through our pet‑care facility.

You will help with check‑ins/outs, schedule services, ensure vaccinations on file, balance cash, and support teammates while delivering a five‑star guest experience. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail.
• Strong communication skills across phone, in‑person, and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and guests with a friendly demeanor at check‑in.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate team members.
• Tour clients through the facility and promote services.
• Maintain vaccination records and ensure safety protocols.
• Manage check‑ins/check‑outs and balance the end‑of‑day cash drawer.
• Address complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escort pet guests to enclosures and assist teammates as needed.
• Keep lobby welcoming and assist with ongoing duties.
