Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Kennel Care. You will greet pet parents, manage frontline inquiries, and promote services in a friendly, professional manner.

The role includes lifting, standing for long periods, and shift work including evenings and weekends. We offer a team-oriented workplace with opportunities to leverage your love of pets while delivering exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and email.
• Able to handle multi-line phones and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes pet parents and their pets, providing friendly, professional service.
• Answers phones with a positive tone and multitasks effectively.
• Tours new clients and promotes services to keep tails wagging.
• Ensures vaccination records are up to date for safety.
• Manages check-ins/check-outs with accuracy and care.
• Handles payments and balances cash drawer at end of day.
• Responds professionally to complaints and escalates when needed.

• Keeps the lobby clean and welcoming for first impressions.
