Job summary

Destination Pet in Winston-Salem, NC is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet pet parents, manage check-ins, answer calls, and guide clients through our services. This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced pet care environment.

You will assist with scheduling, handle cash and POS transactions, and support the team to ensure a smooth visitor experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and email.
