Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative at Camp Wagging Tails in Cornelius, NC. The role involves greeting pet parents and their pets, answering phones, guiding tours, and promoting services to keep tails wagging.

You’ll handle check-ins, check-outs, and cash with care in a welcoming, 5-star style environment. The position requires strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to stand for long periods with occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication across phone, in-person, and email.
