Destination Pet LLC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative for a seasonal front desk role in Colorado. You will greet pet parents and their furry companions, answer phones, and guide clients through our services with care.

The position is evenings, weekends, and holidays, requiring the stamina to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and manage multiple tasks. Starting pay is $17.50/hour DOE plus tips, with DailyPay access.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to handle phones, in-person visits, and email communication.
• Comfort with computer systems and basic cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their pets at the front desk.
• Answer phones with a friendly tone and multitask effectively.
• Tour new clients through the facility and upsell services.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and balance end-of-day cash drawer.
