Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to welcome pet families, answer calls, and guide clients through our pet-care facility. You will help schedule services, maintain vaccination records, and ensure a smooth front-desk experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, light lifting, and weekend availability. Training is provided; compensation starts at $18/hour with tips and bonus DailyPay access.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, in-person, and email.
• Able to multitask and stay professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their VIPs with a friendly, concierge-like approach.
• Answer phones and handle inquiries with a smile.
• Tour new clients through the facility and promote services.
• Ensure vaccination records are up to date for safety.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and a personal touch.
• Handle cash and process payments; balance end-of-day cash drawer.
• Address complaints with patience and professionalism.
