Destination Pet is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Parker, CO to welcome pet parents and VIPs, handle phone calls, and promote a range of care services. You will join a pet-loving team focused on safety and guest satisfaction.

Expect a fast-paced environment with standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; DailyPay is available to access earned wages.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and be on your feet most of the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs (pet-related bags, crates, etc.).
• Availability on evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their furry VIPs and providing a warm, friendly greeting.
• Answering phones with a smile and multitasking effectively.
• Touring new clients through the facility and selling services to keep tails wagging.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file for safety.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a personal touch.
