Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid communication across phone, in-person and email.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their pets as a friendly first impression.
• Answer phones with a cheerful, professional tone and multitask effectively.
• Tour new clients and promote services to keep tails wagging.
• Maintain up-to-date vaccination records and patient safety.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs with care and accuracy.
• Handle cash and card payments and balance the cash drawer daily.
• Address complaints calmly and professionally.
• Escort pets between enclosures and assist teammates as needed.
• Keep lobby clean and welcoming for every visit.
• Support other team members to ensure smooth operations.
