Job summary

Destination Pet LLC in Indiana is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome pet parents and their furry VIPs, answer phones with a smile, and guide clients through our facility.

You’ll balance check-ins, process payments, and promote services while keeping the lobby clean and friendly. A high school diploma and 1+ year of customer service is preferred; must be able to lift 40 lbs and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Solid communication skills across phone, in person, and email.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and guests with a friendly smile and professional demeanor.
• Answering phones, multi-tasking, and guiding clients through the facility.
• Managing check-ins/check-outs and processing payments with accuracy.
• Promoting services to keep tails wagging and ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Escorting guests to and from enclosures with care and professionalism.
