Destination Pet LLC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to welcome pet parents and their furry VIPs, answer phones, and guide clients through our services. You will manage check-ins/outs, balance cash, and assist the team in a fast-paced, pet-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Solid communication chops—phone, in-person, email.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their pets; greet with a friendly, concierge attitude.
• Answer phones and multitask across channels with a smile.
• Tour prospective clients through the facility and sell services.
• Ensure up-to-date vaccinations on file for safety.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs; balance end-of-day cash drawer.
• Respond professionally to complaints and resolve issues.
• Escort pet guests to and from enclosures with care.
• Keep lobby clean and welcoming; support teammates as needed.
