Destination Pet Delaware is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet pet parents, manage front-desk duties, and ensure smooth visits for every guest. You’ll handle phones, tours, and sales while keeping pets safe and humans at ease.

You’ll balance the cash drawer, assist teammates, and contribute to a welcoming, professional environment in a pet-loving team. Benefits include telehealth, 401k, pet insurance, and DailyPay access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service or retail helpful.
• Strong communication skills across phone, in person, and email.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their VIPs; provide a friendly, professional welcome.
• Answer phones and multi-task with a smile.
• Tour new clients and sell services that keep tails wagging.
• Keep vaccination records up to date for safety.
• Check-in/check-out with efficiency and personal touch.
• Handle cash and daily cash drawer with accuracy.
• Respond to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escort pets to and from enclosures with care.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and first impressions.
• Support team members as needed.
