You will handle phones, greet clients, and guide new customers through our pet-care services while promoting a positive, safe environment for pets and people alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and email.
• Comfort with multi-line phones and computer systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay professional.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their VIPs and creating a welcoming experience.
• Answering phones with a smile and multi-tasking.
• Touring new clients through the facility and selling the services that keep tails wagging.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccination records are on file.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs with a personal touch.
• Handling cash, cards, and balancing the end-of-day cash drawer.
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escorting pet guests to and from enclosures with care.
• Keeping the lobby clean and ready for first impressions.
• Supporting other team members as needed; other duties as assigned.
