Destination Pet, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome pet parents, answer phones, and guide clients through our facility. You will promote services, ensure safety records, manage check-ins, and handle cash with accuracy.

The role requires a people-person with solid communication skills, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to maintain a friendly, professional demeanor around pets and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Excellent communication via phone, in person, and email.
• Able to multi-task and stay professional in busy moments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and VIPs–friendly welcome.
• Answer phones with a smile and multitask efficiently.
• Tour clients through facilities and promote services.
• Keep vaccination records up to date for safety.
• Check-in/check-out with care and accuracy.
• Handle cash and end-of-day cash drawer balances.
• Respond to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escort guests to enclosures with care and patience.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby for first impressions.
• Support teammates as needed; take on other duties as assigned.
