Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative at Pet Palace Delaware to welcome pet parents, answer calls, and coordinate visits with warmth and professionalism.

You’ll handle check-ins, balance cash, and guide clients through our services while keeping safety and cleanliness top of mind. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred; experience with multi-line phones a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Solid communication skills for phone, in-person, and email interactions.
• Ability to multitask and stay professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and their pets, creating a welcoming environment.
• Answer phones with a friendly, professional tone and manage inquiries.
• Tour clients through the facility and promote services.
• Ensure vaccination records are up to date for safety.
• Handle check-ins/outs and cash with accuracy and courtesy.
