Destination Pet, LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative at Pet Palace Delaware. You will be the friendly face for pet parents, managing phones, check-ins, and tours of the facility while promoting our services that keep tails wagging.

We seek a people- and pet-person with strong communication, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail
• Solid communication chops - phone, in-person, email
• Multi-line phones and computer systems
• Stay professional under pressure

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their VIPs with warmth
• Answering phones with a smile and multi-tasking
• Touring clients and selling services
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations are on file
• Managing check-ins and check-outs with efficiency
• Handling cash and payments accurately
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism
• Escorting pets to and from enclosures
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby
• Support other team members as needed
