Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Puppywood Pet Resort in the United States. You will be the friendly face greeting pet parents, answering phones, scheduling services, and guiding clients through the facility with a warm, professional demeanor.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and dedication to safety and customer satisfaction. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected to support our busy pet-care operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their furry guests with a friendly, professional touch.
• Answering phones and assisting customers across in-person, phone, and email channels.
• Touring new clients through the facility and selling services to keep tails wagging.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccinations on file and safety first.
• Managing check-ins/check-outs and handling payments accurately.
• Responding to complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escorting pets to and from enclosures with care and efficiency.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby and supporting teammates as needed.
