Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative at American Pet Spa to warmly welcome pet parents and their furry VIPs. You will answer phones, balance check-ins, and provide a first-rate guest experience.

Responsibilities include tours for new clients, promoting services, ensuring vaccination records are up to date, handling payments, and maintaining a welcoming lobby. Prior CS/retail experience is preferred; Gingr software familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and email.
• Ability to stay professional under pressure and handle pets and their families with care.
